at JPMorgan Chase, i worked across both content and creative strategy to bring new formats and campaigns to life on the brand’s social channels.
as a content strategist, i developed and ideated content aligned with Chase’s established voice while experimenting with ways to make financial services feel more approachable. this included producing video loops and reels, some featuring me and other members of the social team, to test low-lift formats on Instagram and LinkedIn. i also analyzed performance data and shared insights that informed future creative direction — blending experimentation with compliance standards.
as a creative strategist, i collaborated with agencies and internal teams to produce campaigns, support filming, and ensure content felt timely and relevant for LinkedIn. i provided baseline concepts, creative direction, and production support for both paid and organic campaigns, helping the brand connect with diverse audiences in authentic ways.
impact: expanded Chase’s presence into new formats like reels, tested and refined low-lift video strategies, and supported campaigns that made one of the world’s largest financial brands feel more culturally relevant and relatable.
