For Chase’s Executive Ambassador Program, I ideated, pitched, filmed, edited, and distributed Retro Chat, a social-first video series created for LinkedIn and YouTube.

Each video featured a Chase Product & Experience or Technology leader exploring banking’s history through iconic items — including floppy disks, checkbooks, the first iPhone, and a credit card imprinter. Executives reflected on where they were when each was popular or released, blending personal perspective with the broader story of banking’s technological evolution.

I owned the project end-to-end: from concepting and scripting guidance to filming, editing, and preparing content for distribution. Throughout, I ensured the creative stayed compliant with Chase’s brand and legal standards while still feeling fresh and relatable.

Impact: Retro Chat helped executives grow their LinkedIn audiences, strengthened their personal voice online, and gave followers an approachable, behind-the-scenes view of Chase leadership and innovation.
