as senior social media strategist for JPMorgan Chase, i launched and scaled the firm’s first executive ambassador program. i led strategy and ghostwriting for 40+ senior executives, producing more than 25 video campaigns and building a cross-functional content system that aligned with brand, pr, and legal standards.
i wrote primarily for Gill Haus (Chase chief information officer), Rohan Amin (Chase chief product officer), and occasionally Carla Hassan (JPMorgan Chase chief marketing officer). i also peer-reviewed and advised on all content coming out of the program to ensure it was aligned with brand voice, executive positioning, and compliance standards.
beyond writing, i provided 1:1 coaching and group workshops to help leaders develop their authentic voice and presence on LinkedIn. this combination of ghostwriting, editing, and coaching allowed executives to consistently share insights, industry perspectives, and leadership stories in a way that felt both strategic and human.
impact: got Gill Haus & Carla Hassan into LinkedIn top voices, drove a 32% year-over-year increase in followers and a 20% lift in engagement and post volume for executive accounts, establishing chase leaders as credible voices in the industry.
