social programs & executive voice
as senior social media strategist for JPMorgan Chase, i launched and scaled the firm’s first executive ambassador program. i led strategy and ghostwriting for 40+ senior executives, producing more than 25 video campaigns and building a cross-functional content system that aligned with brand, pr, and legal standards. through a mix of 1:1 coaching and group workshops, i helped leaders show up consistently on linkedin — driving a 32% year-over-year increase in followers and a 20% lift in engagement and post volume.
after successfully establishing the executive ambassador program, i partnered with business banking marketing and sales teams to launch the firm’s first business banking social selling program. this initiative features 400+ bankers on linkedin and is designed to help small businesses grow by connecting them with Chase. in this role, i continue to coach bankers of all levels across the u.s., provide guidance as the subject-matter expert on sprinklr, linkedin, and social strategy, and serve as the primary contact for other lines of business looking to launch their own ambassador programs.
this combination of program building and executive voice has strengthened both individual leaders and large-scale business units, proving that social media can be a powerful tool for influence, community-building, and growth.
